m not getting the oscillation part

00 retains previous stage.11 is forbidden since it sets R-S output in oscillation of 0 & 1 alternatively. But if after 11 we give 00 then whatever was the previous Q value(although it was oscillating just before 00 was given) will be retained. So overall output stabilises. But if 11 is given as the second input, overall output will oscillate irrespective of the first input given.
