Is there Partial dependency in given relation?

In a relation R(A, B, C, D, E), FD = {AB → CDE, D → A, CD → E} and AB, DB are the candidate keys. Then will there be any partial dependency?

Yes , there will be partial dependency as AB,DB are candidate keys and D is a part of Candidate Key in D->A so there is partial dependency in the given relation.

But A is also a prime attribute and as per the definition of partial dependency,partial dependency exists only when a non prime attribute is functionally determined by a proper subset of a Candidate Key.So,there is no partial dependency.

What about CD → E?

Since D is a prime attribute and E is a non prime attribute shouldn't be there any partial dependency?

I don't think it'll be a partial dependency because D alone is not determining E,it is in combination with C,So CD->E is not a partial dependency
